Smart Strategies
The hard part is over. You are here. You’ve come to that place, that time, that moment, where you said I want more. I want a bigger life. I want more. I expect more from myself. I will do what it takes. That is the critical point. 90% of all the people you passed today wish they could be that honest about their lives. They wish things were better. They wish it was easier. You will achieve results because you stopped wishing. And started doing.
Let’s be smart about the strategies we choose. Don’t reinvent the wheel. All the information you need for success, health, abundance, loving relationships is available to you. You need the ability to look for the right tools. (Yes, this book is a big one).
Modeling successful people is always a great shortcut. Who has successfully done what you want to achieve? At work, find a mentor. Buy him/her a cup of coffee. Think about some questions that will add value to your time. What worked for you? What didn’t work? Mistakes? Useful lessons? Advice?
At the gym, find a good trainer. Not every trainer is good. Focus on results. Who has clients that got the results that you want. Results are all that matters.
Entrepreneurs: Do you know any successful businessmen? Buy them a cup of coffee. What business would they be starting today? Where do you see opportunities today?
Relationships: Ask the happiest couple you know what their secrets are. How do they do it? What do they do consistently? What do they do differently? You will be surprised by the answers. Results and success are never an accident. The people who have the results we want are doing things differently. All you have to do is ask.
Look for answers. Whenever you are not where you want to be, look for a new method, a new viewpoint, a new mentor. Change is constant. People who are curious and keep learning always get rewarded. Knowledge is power. Use it.
